High Schoolers: Apply For Program Training Workshop (PTW)

For the past four decades, Operation Smile has invited its most involved and invested high school volunteers to serve on our international surgical programs. These changemakers take on the role of health care educators for children waiting to receive care during the program, as well as schoolchildren in the community.
Selected students are prepared for this unique service opportunity by learning from medical professionals and Operation Smile staff during Program Training Workshop, held twice a year.
If accepted, it’s mandatory you attend Program Training Workshop (PTW), which is slated for Jul. 14-16, 2026, at Rama Garden Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
